**Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Management**:

- l Identify and evaluate suppliers of construction materials, equipment, and services.
- l Build and maintain relationships with key vendors.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- l Implement cost-saving strategies through negotiation, bulk purchasing, and seeking competitive pricing.
- l Negotiate favorable terms and prices with suppliers to maximize cost savings.
- l Monitor and analyze procurement expenses.
- **Inventory Control**:

- l Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet production needs while minimizing carrying costs.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- l Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and collaborate with suppliers to resolve quality issues promptly.
- **Timely Procurement**:

- l Procure materials in a timely manner to support production schedules and project deadlines.
- **Contract Management**:

- l Draft and manage supplier contracts, including terms, conditions, and pricing agreements.
- **Budget Adherence**:

- l Operate within the allocated procurement budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- **Market Research**:

- l Stay updated on market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry developments to make informed procurement decisions.
- **Reporting**:

- l Generate reports on procurement activities, cost analysis, and supplier performance for management review.
- **Compliance**:

- l Ensure compliance with legal and company-specific procurement policies and regulations.
- **Risk Mitigation**:

- l Identify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, price fluctuations, and supplier reliability.
- **Vendor Evaluation**:

- l Regularly assess vendor performance and conduct supplier audits when necessary.
- **Process Improvement**:

- l Continuously improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Sustainability**:

- l Explore opportunities for sustainable sourcing and environmentally responsible procurement practices.
- **Cost-Benefit Analysis**:

- l Conduct cost-benefit analyses for procurement decisions to maximize value for the organization.
- **Job Specifications**:

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Civil Engineering or from Real Estate Industry
- Proven experience as a Purchase Executive or similar role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement software and tools.
- Minimum 2 to 3 years as a purchase executive in the real estate industry only.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
