Field Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities :
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive with 23 years of experience in selling construction materials such as polypropylene micro fibers, plasters & mortars . The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, English and be capable of handling field visits regularly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products such as construction materials, microfibers, plasters & mortars to contractors, builders, dealers, and retailers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the assigned territory.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions as needed.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collect market intelligence and report competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
- 23 years of experience in field sales, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Good knowledge of the construction market and sales cycle.
- Must be fluent in Kannada, Telugu, and Hindi (spoken) & English .
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must own a motorcycle for daily commuting.
