Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales for interior products in the
    commercial, hospitality, and retail
    sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project managers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead-generation strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and manage client expectations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in
    sales management
    , ideally in the
    commercial interiors
    or
    building materials
    industry.
  • Strong client relationship and
    business development
    skills.
  • Experience in
    B2B sales
    within the interior or architectural products segment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    interior products
    , materials, and market trends.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business Administration, Marketing, Sales
    , or a related field.
