We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Development Manager to join our growing Edtech Platform. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting business processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high service standards for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies
  • Coordinate and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency.
  • Liaise with schools, colleges, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
  • Support in vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting.
  • Assist the management team with data analysis, presentations, and decision-making support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1–3 years of experience in Sales and operations, or client servicing roles (EdTech experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with AI/EdTech tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to travel as required for the role.
