Partnership Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Partnership Development Manager to join our growing Edtech Platform. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting business processes, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high service standards for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies
- Coordinate and manage operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Liaise with schools, colleges, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
- Support in vendor coordination, documentation, and reporting.
- Assist the management team with data analysis, presentations, and decision-making support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and operations, or client servicing roles (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with AI/EdTech tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willing to travel as required for the role.
