Partnership Development Executive

Role Overview :
As a Partnership Development Executive, you will be the face of Playspots in your region. You will identify potential venue partners, build relationships, onboard them to our platform, and ensure they see value in growing their business with Playspots.
About Playspots :
Playspots is a fast-growing sports-tech platform that helps players discover and book sports venues while empowering venue owners with a complete slot management and booking system. We work with 1200+ venues across 22+ states, and we're on a mission to make sports more accessible and organized in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential sports venues, academies, and partners in the assigned region.
- Visit and engage with venue owners to present Playspots and its benefits.
- Build strong relationships and close partnerships, ensuring smooth onboarding.
- Support venues with initial setup, branding material, and marketing activities.
- Act as a bridge between venues and the Playspots team to ensure consistent communication and support.
Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and engage with venues on-ground.
- Passion for sports and community growth is a big plus
