- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of educational trends, student behavior, and the competitive landscape.
- Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management and student retention.
- Experience in designing graphics or basic video editing is a plus.
