We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present business proposals and sales pitches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective business strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good understanding of marketing, branding, or advertising (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
