Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Prepare and present business proposals and sales pitches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective business strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good understanding of marketing, branding, or advertising (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
