Job Overview

We are hiring Business Development Executives who are confident, ambitious, and eager to build strong client relationships. Whether you are a fresher with great communication skills or someone with prior experience, this role offers an exciting opportunity to grow in the branding and digital marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and networking
  • Pitch our services in English & Malayalam confidently
  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Follow up on leads, close deals, and achieve targets
  • Maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam)
  • Freshers or candidates with 1+ year in sales/business development
  • Strong lead generation and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
  • Knowledge of digital marketing/branding is an advantage
  • Must have a personal laptop
  • Immediate joiners preferred
