About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Inside Sales Manager with proven experience in international/overseas markets. The ideal candidate will drive global lead generation, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth by building and nurturing a strong sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for overseas lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Manage the complete inside sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
  • Identify and target international markets to expand business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Operations teams to align sales campaigns with company objectives.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and competitors to stay ahead in the global market.
  • Mentor and guide inside sales executives to boost productivity and effectiveness.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B inside sales expertise with focus on overseas clients.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills with international client handling experience.
  • Proven ability to manage CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of global business cultures and practices.
  • Target-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience (minimum 3 years in overseas sales).
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Flexibility to work across different time zones.
