Role & responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager / Strategy Planner in the real estate domain. The role involves driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing business plans to increase revenue, expand market presence, and support long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities including joint ventures, land acquisition, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, investors, and real estate developers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including brokers, channel partners, financial institutions, and government bodies.
- Negotiate deals, close contracts, and ensure a high conversion ratio.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
Strategic Planning :
- Work with senior management to define strategic objectives and business plans.
- Create short-term and long-term business growth strategies aligned with market dynamics.
- Evaluate new markets, project feasibility, and business models.
- Conduct SWOT analysis, competitor benchmarking, and risk assessment.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and setting KPIs to measure success of business initiatives.
Project & Market Analysis:
- Analyze ongoing and upcoming real estate projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Prepare business cases, pitch decks, and ROI models for potential developments.
- Monitor and report on business development activities and project performance.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to support business growth.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to promote the company.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development or strategic planning in the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market and regulatory framework.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and result-oriented approach.
