We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience on #Upwork to join our growing team in the IT Consulting industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and bidding on Upwork & other freelancing platforms.
Creating strong proposals to win new projects.
Building and maintaining client relationships.
Understanding client requirements and coordinating with the delivery team.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to business growth.
Requirements:
Proven track record of winning projects on #Upwork.
2–4 years of experience in IT Consulting / IT Services sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Experience on Online Bidding Portals - #Upwork ( Must)
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
