We are seeking a skilled Bidder with 1 to 3 years of experience to join
be to secure new projects and clients for our company through effective
crucial role in the growth and success of our business by identifying
opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and negotiating contracts.

**Responsibilities**:
1)Identify potential projects and clients on various freelancing
platforms, with a focus on Upwork.
2)Research and understand client requirements, project scope, and
objectives.
3)Prepare and submit detailed project proposals, tailored to meet client
needs and expectations.
4)Utilize effective bidding strategies to increase the chances of
winning projects.
channels to establish strong relationships.
6)Negotiate project terms, including pricing, deadlines, and
deliverables.
7)Collaborate with internal teams, such as project managers and
developers, to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
8)Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and
maintain excellent client satisfaction.
9)Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and best
practices for bidding.

**Requirements**:
1)Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related
field (preferred).
2)1 to 3 years of experience as a Bidder or in a similar role,
preferably in the freelancing industry.
3)Strong understanding of freelancing platforms, particularly Upwork,
and its bidding process.
4)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to
craft compelling proposals and negotiate effectively.
5)Proven track record of successfully winning projects and meeting or
exceeding revenue targets.
6)Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids simultaneously.
7)Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
8)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
9)Proficient in using project management tools and collaboration
software.
10)A self-motivated and result-oriented mindset.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

**Experience**:

- Bidding: 3 years (preferred)
- Upwork: 3 years (preferred)
- total work: 3 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
