**Job description**:

- The individual should exhibit the strong interpersonal skills, be highly motivated, result oriented & have excellent communication and presentation skills. Working as an online bidder, you will get an opportunity to upgrade your knowledge about recent technologies and platforms.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Must have good idea about online bidding sites specially Upwork and bidding process.
- Must be able to work for sales generation through bidding for web/IT/digital marketing projects for international clients.
- Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portal Upwork and handling client interaction for their technical requirements.
- To attract new clients and bring projects from Upwork to escalate company productivity and revenue at the same time.
- Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, competition analysis, prepare project schedules, costing, negotiations, communication link between the development team & clients.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis. - Knowledge of web designing, web development, Android, IOS, DevOps is a must.

**Education & Qualifications**
- B.Tech (or equivalent), MBA from an accredited university (preferred)
- Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients.
- Should preferably be from a technical background IT Industry.
- Excellent knowledge of MS-office.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
