Edion Web Technologies is seeking a motivated and skilled **Upwork Bidder** to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. As an Upwork Bidder, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new projects through Upwork and other freelance platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, submit proposals, and convert leads into successful business partnerships. You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure the projects align with the company's offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Regularly browse and bid on projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling and tailored proposals based on project requirements.
- Communicate with clients through Upwork messaging and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Identify potential leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with the internal team to provide accurate project estimates.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Edion Web Technologies' services to pitch effectively.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly bidding targets set by the company.
- Keep up with industry trends to provide innovative solutions to clients.

**Required Skills**:

- Experience in bidding on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to understand client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Proven track record of winning projects through freelancing platforms.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, and digital marketing services.
- Strong negotiation and client management skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methods.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience as an Upwork bidder or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of Upwork’s bidding strategies and proposal writing techniques.
