**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic Upwork Bidder
**Responsibilities**
- Generate New Business Through Upwork, LinkedIn or any Other preferred Portal.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
- Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts
- Oversee project management activities related to business development initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-2 Years Experience on Bidding on Upwork Portal.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning and market analysis
- Proficiency in CRM software, Salesforce experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field not mandatory
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
**Benefits**:
