**JOB DESCRIPTION- ONLINE BIDDER**

Job Summary
- The ladder to this job would be an end-to-end Client Account and Portfolio management for the firm.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Lead Generation through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Actively bid on relevant projects, send proposals, and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Planning and Executing Cold Calling Campaigns to overseas clients.
- Documenting all Prospect and Client activity in our database.
- Schedule meetings with potential clients to discuss their IT requirements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in IT services and digital platforms.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports.

**Skill Set**:

- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Proficient hands-on Microsoft office. (An organizational Excel user creative
- PowerPoint user appreciated)
- Quick hands-on Internet are requisite. (Net Heads and Cybernauts are appreciated)
- Familiar Working with Freelancer & upwork accounts.
- Excellent cold calling skills and ability to convert leads into sales.
- Experience in CRM tools is a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- Tentative date of Joining Criteria: Immediately
- Education : Any Graduates (BA, BSc, BBA, BCom)/ Post Graduates
- (MBA, MCom, MSc, MA) except LLB
- Interview Process: Face to Face interview
- Job Types: Full-time from the office
- Salary: As per market std

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
