We are looking for a skilled and motivated **Online Bidder** with 1-2 years of experience to join our team. As an Online Bidder, you will be responsible for generating business through freelancing platforms by identifying opportunities, writing effective proposals, and securing projects in web development, app development, and digital marketing services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Bid on freelancing platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, and Guru.
- Prepare and submit tailored proposals based on individual client requirements.
- Communicate with clients to gather detailed project information and provide estimates.
- Follow up with leads to build client relationships and convert bids into successful projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align proposals with service capabilities.
- Maintain daily records of bidding activities and results.
- Meet monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue growth.
**Key Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
**Skills**:
- 1-2 years of experience in online bidding on freelancing platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of IT services such as web/app development and digital marketing.
- Ability to write customized, client-focused proposals.
- Familiarity with bidding platform processes and best practices.
