Job Title: Online Bidder

Location: Noida, Sector 135

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and projects by actively searching and bidding on relevant opportunities on online platforms.

Proposal Development: Prepare and submit compelling proposals and quotations tailored to the specific requirements of each project, ensuring alignment with client needs and company capabilities.

Bid Management: Manage the entire bid process, including tracking bid statuses, following up on leads, and updating bid documentation as needed.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, freelancers, and other stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business opportunities.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key metrics related to bid success rates, client feedback, and project profitability to continuously improve bidding strategies and processes.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven track record of successful bidding and winning projects in the online marketplace, preferably in the IT industry.

Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, software development, digital marketing, and related technologies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.

Proficiency in using online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage bid documentation and project requirements effectively.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
