**Job Title**: Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage a strong presence on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
- Identify potential projects and write compelling proposals tailored to client needs.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their project requirements.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to secure projects for the company.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to target relevant projects.
- Work closely with the development team to ensure smooth project execution.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** as an Upwork Bidder or in business development.
- Strong understanding of freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write persuasive and customized proposals.
- Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, web development, and software solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

**Salary & Benefits**:
