Roles and responsibilities:

- 1. **Bid Management**:*Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelance platforms (e.g., Freelancer, Upwork, Truelancer) and other online marketplaces.

2. **Proposal Development**:* Create high-quality proposals that showcase the company's expertise and services, increasing the chances of winning bids.

3. **Client Acquisition**:*Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote services.

4. **Market Research**:* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

6. **Bid Strategy**:* Develop and implement effective bid strategies to increase win rates and revenue growth.

7. **Client Communication**:* Communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and provide solutions that meet their needs.

**Key Skills**:*

1. **Proposal writing**:*Ability to write compelling proposals that showcase the company's expertise and services.

2. **Market research**:*Strong research skills to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
