Experience: 6+ months

Shift Timings: Night shift and Day shift Responsibilities:

- Identify potential clients and projects on **Upwork **that align with our services and expertise
- Write and submit effective proposals to win new projects
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their project requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Maintain a strong and positive relationship with clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered successfully
- Keep up to date with industry trends and Upwork policies and procedures

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of experience as an **Upwork online bidder** or a similar role
- Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork and achieving targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand client requirements and propose effective solutions
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer science, or a related field (preferred)
