The Gold Technologies is a fast-growing IT solutions and digital marketing company specializing in web development, mobile app development, software solutions, and IT consultation services. We are looking for an **Upwork Lead Generation Expert** to help us generate high-quality leads and secure projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and connect with potential clients on Upwork or other freelance platforms.
- Craft compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Optimize and manage our Upwork/Freelance platform profile to increase visibility.
- Communicate with clients and schedule discovery calls.
- Research industry trends to refine our lead generation strategy.
- Track and report lead generation performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lead generation on Upwork or any similar freelance platform.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including web development, software solutions, and digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write persuasive proposals that convert.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead tracking is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
