Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork/Fiverr Bidder to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and acquiring new clients through freelancing platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively bid on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other platforms.
  • Understand client requirements and draft customized proposals.
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and timelines.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.
  • Research market trends to identify new opportunities.

Experience:

  • At least 6 months of experience.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
  • Ability to understand IT/Software service requirements and frame effective proposals.
  • Good negotiation and client-handling skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
  • Basic understanding of IT services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, Design, etc.) preferred.
