Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically adept Service Delivery Manager to lead our cybersecurity service operations. This role demands a strong foundation in project management and a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles. The ideal candidate will work closely with the channels team to ensure high-quality service delivery, team enablement, and customer engagement.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Cybersecurity Services: Oversee end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity services, ensuring compliance with SLAs, industry standards, and security frameworks.
  • Team Enablement: Collaborate with the channels team to train, assess, and empower them for delivering robust cybersecurity services.
  • Quality & Process Improvement: Monitor service quality metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Customer & Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to position cybersecurity services effectively to clients, identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Scope of Work & Project Estimation: Prepare detailed Scope of Work (SOW) documents and accurately estimate project mandays to ensure alignment with client requirements and internal capacity.
  • Incident Management: Lead incident response coordination and conduct post-mortem reviews for service-related issues.
  • Market & Compliance Awareness: Stay updated on emerging threats, technologies, and compliance requirements to continuously refine and improve service offerings.

Skill Required And Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or cybersecurity service delivery.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls) and operational best practices.
  • Proven expertise in preparing Scope of Work documents and scoping project mandays.
  • Strong experience in security operations, incident management, and risk mitigation.
  • Excellent communication and training skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Familiarity with relevant cybersecurity technologies and tools.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP are a plus.
