Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager – Academic Operations to support execution, monitoring, and improvement of academic processes across live classes, mentorship, assessments, and content delivery. The role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about education. This position will be stationed at our Bengaluru office and will work closely with academic leads, operations, and product/tech teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

Assist in planning, tracking, and execution of academic operations projects (course launches, live class workflows, assessments, mentorship initiatives).

Maintain project trackers, timelines, and dashboards to ensure milestones are achieved.

Data & Reporti

ngCollect, analyze, and present key academic performance and operational metric

s.Create MIS reports on attendance, homework completion, test performance, and mentor intervention

s.

Stakeholder Manage

mentLiaise with teachers, mentors, academic leads, and product/ops teams to ensure smooth coordinat

ion.Support HoDs and senior leadership with documentation, follow-ups, and review preparat

ion.

Execution S

upportAssist in onboarding and training new mentors/tea

chers.Support scheduling, content distribution, and exam calendar alignment with academic-product

Qualifications &am**

p; SkillsBachelor's degree (Science/Engineering/Education pr

eferred).1–3 years of experience in project management, academic operations, or education management (fresh graduates with strong aptitude will be con
