Senior Academic Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
- Assist in planning and executing daily operational activities of the institution.
 - Support scheduling, classroom allocation, and facility management.
 - Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and IT teams to ensure operational readiness.
 - Manage inventory of academic and office supplies.
 
Administrative Support
- Maintain and update records (student, faculty, and administrative data).
 - Prepare operational reports, attendance summaries, and documentation.
 - Handle communication and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
 - Support procurement, vendor coordination, and basic accounting documentation.
 
Academic Operations
- Assist in timetable preparation and class scheduling.
 - Coordinate examination logistics, attendance tracking, and result compilation.
 - Support academic departments in organizing workshops, events, and programs.
 
Fees Collection & Finance Support
- Manage student fee collection, issuance of receipts, and record maintenance.
 - Update and reconcile fee payments in the institution's ERP or accounting system.
 - Coordinate with the Accounts/Finance Department for daily fee reports and deposits.
 - Communicate with parents/students regarding payment reminders, dues, and confirmations.
 - Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial transactions.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Education, or related field.
 - 1–3 years of experience in operations, administration, or academic coordination (education sector preferred).
 - Experience with cash handling, fee collection, or basic accounting is desirable.
 - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with ERP/LMS or accounting software.
 
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
