Job Title: Senior Academic Counsellor

Location: JP Nagar 6th Phase, Bangalore

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (₹46,000 take-home)

Joining: Immediate joiners only

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Academic Counsellor with experience in EdTech sales. In this role, you will guide students and parents in selecting the right educational programs, drive conversions, and contribute to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand students' learning needs and recommend suitable programs.
  • Conduct counselling sessions via calls, video meetings, and in-person (if needed).
  • Achieve monthly targets related to conversions and revenue.
  • Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads to ensure enrolment.
  • Build rapport with students and parents to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Update CRM systems with lead status and counselling interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and academic teams for smooth process flow.

Requirements

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in EdTech sales or academic counselling (mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English + any one regional language (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu/Hindi).
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle targets and high-volume calls.
  • Profile:
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
  • Passionate about guiding students and working in a fast-paced environment.
