Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Bangalore

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Experience: Freshers also eligible

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students in making informed academic and career decisions, helping them understand course offerings, and assisting with the enrollment process. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interact with students and parents to provide counseling and information about academic programs
  • Understand student needs and suggest appropriate courses
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into admissions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups
  • Work closely with the admissions and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and basic CRM tools is a plus
