Academic Program Coordinator

A fast-growing organisation in the Education Technology & Learning Services sector delivering blended learning programs, curriculum design, and on-site academic operations across schools and vocational training centers in India. We provide structured learning journeys, teacher enablement, and outcome-driven student assessment frameworks for large cohorts.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day academic operations for assigned centers—class scheduling, teacher allocations, and classroom logistics to ensure timely delivery of curriculum.
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), upload course material, manage enrolments, and troubleshoot learner/teacher access issues.
  • Work with curriculum designers and instructors to map learning objectives, prepare lesson plans, and standardise assessment rubrics across grades/programs.
  • Organise and execute student assessments and examinations, collate results, track progress metrics, and produce performance reports for stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary on-site academic liaison—manage parent/teacher communication, coordinate events (workshops, assessments), and implement policy updates.
  • Drive continuous improvement by collecting classroom feedback, monitoring attendance and engagement data, and recommending operational enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Humanities, Social Sciences, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in academic coordination, school operations, or instructional support in an on-site setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple classes, schedules, and stakeholder communications.
