About : Flo Mattress is expanding its general trade and retail footprint across India. We are looking for a driven, field-oriented sales professional who can build strong channel networks, achieve high-volume targets, and accelerate our retail presence.

Position: General Trade Sales Executive – Retail

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai

Experience Required: 3–5 years

Industry Preference: Home Furnishing, Consumer Durables, Mattress, Furniture, Home Décor

Salary: (₹35, in-hand per month + performance incentives

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard and manage retailers, dealers, and distributors in assigned territories
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of ₹25+ lakhs through effective channel management
  • Ensure strong product visibility, secondary sales, and store-level display execution
  • Build long-term retailer relationships to drive sell-through and repeat orders
  • Conduct regular market mapping, competitor analysis, and territory planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams for orders, dispatch, and payment follow-ups
  • Support retail promotions and brand visibility initiatives

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in General Trade / Retail Sales
  • Proven ability to achieve ₹25+ lakh monthly sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Field-driven personality with readiness for extensive travel
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-focused
  • Male candidates preferred due to travel-intensive nature of the role
