Job Description :

  • Channel Partner Management: regular market visits to maintain & strengthen brand relations with wholesales, retailers and super stockists
  • Market Servicing & Expansion: manage ordering, optimise merchandising, manage stock levels in store and grow distribution by finding new growth partners/wholesalers/retailers
  • Data Feedback Loop: collect, analyse and report key data points from market visits to inform on new product development, sales growth & service improvements

Qualification:

  • 2+ years of sales experience (prefer Beauty/Perfume/FMCG)
  • Patient, persistent and organised
  • Clear & e ective communicator in Hindi – written and spoken
  • Professional-level English writing proficiency (speaking - bonus) -
  • Digital/tech savvy
