Inteligenes is a leading training institute offering 200+ job-oriented courses in IT, Languages, Accounting, Aviation, and Designing with 100% placement assistance. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
  • Handle incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
  • Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
  • Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to promote Inteligenes courses.
  • Create and implement growth strategies to increase student enrollment.
  • Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel sheets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective promotional campaigns.
  • Represent Inteligenes professionally during seminars, counseling sessions, and events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-driven with a passion for growth and target achievement.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
