Inteligenes is a leading training institute offering 200+ job-oriented courses in IT, Languages, Accounting, Aviation, and Designing with 100% placement assistance. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team and drive admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
- Handle incoming leads through calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries.
- Conduct follow-ups with prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
- Visit schools, colleges, and corporate offices to promote Inteligenes courses.
- Create and implement growth strategies to increase student enrollment.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Maintain records of inquiries, leads, and conversions in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run effective promotional campaigns.
- Represent Inteligenes professionally during seminars, counseling sessions, and events.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, counseling, or business development, preferably in the education or training industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-driven with a passion for growth and target achievement.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (MBA preferred).
