**Job description**

Tele Sales Executive (SaaS/Technology Sales)

We are seeking talented and driven Tele Sales Executives to join our SaaS sales team. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through effective outbound sales calls and using a consultative approach to selling. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients, introducing our SaaS products and services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads, gathering relevant information and assessing client needs.
- Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of our offerings to secure appointments and generate sales opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and pricing to provide accurate information to clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to help improve sales processes and strategies.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in a tele sales or inside sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and overcome obstacles
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and thrive under pressure
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
