**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and close sales
- Explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively
- Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with the sales team for strategy and performance improvements

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
- High energy level and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient

**Educational Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
