The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a customer-focused mindset to achieve and exceed sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Lead Calling: Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell products or services.Customer Interaction: Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to encourage sales conversions.Lead Management: Follow up on leads, maintain customer data in CRM software, and ensure regular communication.Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals.Customer Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Objection Handling: Address customer concerns effectively and provide appropriate solutions.Market Feedback: Gather insights from customer interactions and share feedback with the marketing/sales team.Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Confident and persuasive with a customer-centric attitude.Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated under pressure.Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM tools.Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services (if applicable).Multilingual abilities are an added advantage.Key Competencies:Strong persuasion and negotiation skillsActive listening and empathyTime management and organizational abilityGoal-oriented and self-motivatedTeam collaborationCareer Growth & Learning:Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer engagement.Learn about CRM systems and structured sales processes.Potential for promotion to Senior Tele Sales Executive / Sales Team Lead / Business Development Manager based on performance.
