**About Us**:
We are a leading company in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare industry, dedicated to providing exceptional products and services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Nirman Vihar.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Calls**: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote our beauty, cosmetics, and skincare products.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify new leads to expand our customer base.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with the latest products and trends in the beauty industry to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities; report on progress and challenges to the sales manager.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service, handle objections professionally, and resolve issues promptly.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 4 years of experience in tele sales, preferably in the Beauty/Cosmetics/Skincare industry. A consistent track record of at least 2 years with the same employer is required.
- **Age**: 25 years or older.
- **Education**: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any field.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and handle objections effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- **Location**: Must be based in or willing to commute to Nirman Vihar.
