Position Description

As Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-value clients, understanding their insurance needs, and delivering personalized solutions. This role involves proactive account management, sales growth, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and manage strong relationships with high-value insurance customers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess changing insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.

Sales & Growth

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for assigned customer portfolio.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations or proposals to prospective and existing clients.

Account Monitoring & Support

  • Monitor customer accounts and policies to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Provide personalized support during the claims process when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work with underwriters and product experts to offer tailored insurance solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Mentor junior relationship managers and support team development.

Experience & Skills Required

Work Experience1-3 years of experience in sales or relationship management roles.

Technology Known

  • MS Office

Qualifications

  • PUC (Pre-University Course)
