Your Role (Full-Cycle Sales)

  • Find & qualify high-ticket prospects (coaches, consultants, SMEs)
  • Book & run consultative sales calls
  • Close deals in the ₹50k–₹2L+ range
  • Ensure payment & smooth onboarding
  • Track client delivery + renewals

What We Expect

  • Min. 1 year high-ticket sales/closing experience
  • Strong communication (English/Hindi)
  • Objection handling & consultative selling skills
  • Organized & disciplined (tracking renewals & follow-ups)

Compensation

  • 100% Performance-based (Recurring Commission)
  • Avg 1st 3 months: ₹50k–₹1.5L/month
  • Top performers: ₹3L+/month
