We’re looking for a proactive, persuasive, and organized Appointment Setter Specialist (Telesale Executive) to join our growing team. If you have a passion for communication and love turning Indian Businesses leads into warm opportunities via cold calling, this role is for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from our leads database.
- Qualify leads by asking basic but strategic questions to understand their needs and interest level.
- Schedule appointments between warm prospects and the Sales Closer.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate lead information, call outcomes, and appointment status.
- Ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified meetings for the sales team.
- 15 Minimum Qualified Appointment Booking Needed per Week / 3 Qualified Appointments Booking Per Day. (mandatory)

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or telemarketing.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Confident, people-oriented personality with the ability to influence others.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and appointment booking software is a plus.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to meet daily/weekly appointment targets.
