Job Title: Business Development / Sales Associate (Photography & Design Services)
Location: Gurugram.
About Us:
KUSE, through its NETFOTO vertical, delivers premium photography and videography services, alongside creative offerings like branding, packaging design, and marketing material design. We seek a proactive Sales Associate to drive business growth and support our marketing efforts.
Role Overview:
As a Sales Associate, you will actively develop business opportunities, focusing on photography and videography while pitching additional design services. You will also support marketing activities, handle incoming leads, and maintain detailed sales records.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively identify and reach out to potential clients for photography, videography, and design services business development.
Pitch branding, packaging design, and marketing material design to existing and prospective clients.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Professionally handle incoming calls and convert incoming leads.
Initiate cold calls to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Prepare and submit weekly reports on client statuses and sales actions.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to align client needs with deliverables.
Attend networking events and business forums as a company representative.
Qualifications & Skills:
3-4 years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably with exposure to creative services or related fields.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead generation including cold calling.
Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed records.
Comfortable handling client queries professionally over phone and email.
Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting is a plus.
