This role is part of a team that supports the distribution business in APAC for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. The candidate will work closely with APAC teams to achieve key objectives.

The successful applicant will play a crucial role in supporting sales teams, providing market intelligence and competitive analysis reports, and facilitating access to necessary data.

Key responsibilities include coordinating creation of accurate and stable monthly strategy data and commentaries, assisting in sending quarterly strategies updates to clients, and following up and coordinating with internal teams.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing support for customized presentations, converting global reports to Australian centric reports, and engaging with APAC Client Services to provide support and coordination.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

They should also have experience working in a similar role and be familiar with market trends and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Coordinating client reporting resolution
  • Facilitating access to necessary data
  • Providing market intelligence and competitive analysis reports
  • Supporting APAC Client Services with client reporting resolution and AML/KYC activities
