Marketing Director - APAC Tenant Representation

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, social media, email, and event channels in the APAC region.

About the Role
  • Execute targeted marketing strategies to align with business needs and deliver timely results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective marketing execution and asset delivery.
Go-to-Market & Strategic Input
  • Develop go-to-market programs, campaign calendars, and content plans in collaboration with senior management.
  • Locate and adapt campaigns across different APAC markets to ensure relevance and resonance with target audiences.
Content & Communication
  • Lead the development and execution of external content and internal communication initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior management to amplify messaging and drive brand consistency.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and campaign trackers to monitor performance and improve lead quality.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to refine future efforts based on campaign analytics.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong experience in B2B marketing execution, particularly in professional services or consulting.
  • Precise knowledge of marketing automation, CRM tools, and campaign performance reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including expertise in content marketing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
About You
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing roles.
  • Experience in the commercial real estate, consulting, or property sector is preferred.
  • Precise knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
