Job Title: Strategic Marketing Director

Overview:

We are seeking a senior-level marketing professional to lead our overall marketing strategy and team. This role will drive business growth through effective marketing campaigns, team leadership, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Own the marketing funnel to drive qualified leads.
  • Implement performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
  • Optimize CAC, ROI, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Enable sales with effective collateral, battle cards, and value propositions.
  • Conduct market research to inform strategy.
  • Drive brand development, PR, events, and thought leadership.
  • Oversee content marketing engine (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.).
  • Monitor and improve digital performance analytics and KPIs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategies.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role at a B2B company.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing functions and generating high-quality leads.
  • Strong understanding of the buyer journey and sales cycle.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM, and automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Must have startup experience.
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies.
