Salary: ₹20,000 per month take home plus incentives upon achieving targets .

Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Executive at SKI Projects, the selected candidate will play a key role in driving sales by engaging with potential clients, qualifying leads, and promoting our real estate offerings. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about pre sales, sales and looking to grow within a fast-paced and dynamic industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Conduct outbound calls to the leads generated from social media campaign.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to generate leads from potential buyers, investors, and clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team to close deals.
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and ensure regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales opportunities in our ZOHO CRM.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Engage with international and local client queries to understand their needs and provide appropriate real estate solutions, including property listings and investment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Arrange site visit
- Send Brochures and other details to the clients and have a continuous follow up to make them do the site visit.
- Sales Presentations & Product Knowledge:
- Deliver clear, compelling sales presentations via phone, email, and virtual meetings to showcase real estate offerings.
- Provide accurate information regarding property details, prices, and market trends to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's property portfolio.
- Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
- Use CRM software to track leads, client interactions, and sales progress.
- Generate sales reports to track performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously update customer records and ensure data integrity.
- Collaboration with Sales Team:
- Work closely with the external sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary support during the process.
- Assist in any follow-up communication post-sale to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback
Required Qualifications:
- Preferably BBM/BBA/BA English/ or any degree who has a flair for this position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage clients effectively.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to close deals over the phone.
- Ability to learn ZOHO CRM software and other sales tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
