  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle for formulation units including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection and offer management.
  • Specialized Hiring: Recruit for QA, QC, Production, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, EHS, Warehouse and other formulation-related roles.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use job portals, LinkedIn, references, campus hiring and field visits to attract qualified candidates.
  • Technical Screening: Evaluate candidates' experience in OSD, injectables, tablets, capsules, granulation, compression, coating, packing, etc.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with plant HR, department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
  • Database Management: Maintain recruitment trackers, vendor lists and talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper background checks, documentation and adherence to company HR policies.
  • MIS & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and update recruitment dashboards.
  • Travel for Hiring: Visit plants, job fairs and local manpower markets when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of pharma formulation processes (OSD / injectable / sterile / non-sterile).
  • Hands-on experience in blue-collar & staff-level hiring for manufacturing plants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, job portals and recruitment tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
