Human Resources Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements.
• Utilize job portals, social media, and other channels to attract top talent.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and background checks.
• Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
2.
Performance Management System (PMS)
• Implement and monitor the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
• Provide training and support to managers and employees on PMS tools and processes.
• Assist in performance calibration, feedback mechanisms, and development plans.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and areas of improvement.
3.
Employee Engagement
• Design and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
• Plan and organize employee events, wellness programs, and team-building activities.
• Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and take action based on insights.
• Promote open communication and create a positive, inclusive work environment.
4.
People & Culture
• Champion the organization's values and drive a culture of inclusivity, accountability, and collaboration.
• Support change management initiatives and leadership development.
• Work with leadership to strengthen organizational culture and employee experience.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
