Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and nurturing potential clients, developing partnerships, and creating strategies to meet revenue targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing business opportunities, building client relationships, preparing sales proposals, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions and ensure client satisfaction while contributing to the company's growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Negotiation, and Lead Generation
  • Experience in Strategic Planning, Account Management, and Proposal Writing
  • Knowledge of Advertising, Marketing, and Brand Activation strategies
  • Proven ability to achieve and surpass set sales and revenue targets
  • Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in BTL Activations, ATL Media, or Digital Marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to work on-site and travel as required
