Job Description – Sales Representative / Sales Manager / Sales Head

Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead business growth, manage client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The role includes new client acquisition, team coordination (for manager/head roles), and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities across assigned regions/segments.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct market mapping, competition analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business development reports.
  • For Manager/Head Role: Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
  • Maintain accurate data on CRM and ensure regular reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage high-value clients and drive consistent sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes.
  • Team management experience preferred (for Manager/Head role).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

Education

Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
