Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead business growth, manage client relationships, and drive revenue through strategic sales initiatives. The role includes new client acquisition, team coordination (for manager/head roles), and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities across assigned regions/segments.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct market mapping, competition analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and business development reports.
- For Manager/Head Role: Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure performance and productivity.
- Maintain accurate data on CRM and ensure regular reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage high-value clients and drive consistent sales performance.
- Strong understanding of B2B or B2C sales processes.
- Team management experience preferred (for Manager/Head role).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Education
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹229, ₹1,138,906.34 per year
