**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Sales**:

- Actively engage in selling residential and commercial real estate properties, meeting potential buyers, and closing deals.
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:

- Establish sales opportunities through networking, relationship building, and conducting on-site sales activities.
- Perform area mapping, cold calling, and prospecting to build a robust database and generate leads.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:

- Acquire new clients, guide them through the buying process, and manage relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure timely deal closures with all necessary documentation and follow-up.
- **Market Development**:

- Identify and tap into potential opportunities to increase business volume within the real estate market.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- **Sales Forecasting & Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasting sales numbers, and revenue.
- Analyze key sales metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Industry Awareness**:

- Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to remain competitive.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:

- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through new client acquisition and by increasing business from existing clients.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- **Strong verbal and written communication skills in English**, with the ability to engage clients and close sales effectively.
- Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.
- **Sales-Driven Attitude**:

- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a strong passion for achieving sales targets.
- **Problem-Solving**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities to address client needs and close deals.
- **Technical Proficiency**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** and **CRM tools** to track leads, manage client data, and create sales reports.
- **Real Estate Knowledge**:

- Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, with an understanding of sales processes in the real estate market.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
