**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Direct Sales**:

- Actively engage in selling products or services, meeting potential clients, and closing deals.
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
Establish sales opportunities through networking, relationship building, and on-site activities.Conduct area mapping, cold calling, and prospecting to build a database and generate leads.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
Acquire new clients, guide them through the buying process, and manage relationships with existing clients.Ensure timely deal closures with accurate documentation and follow-up.Identify and leverage opportunities to increase business volume within the market.Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.Prepare regular sales reports, forecast sales numbers and revenue.Monitor key sales metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to remain competitive.Meet monthly and annual sales targets through new client acquisition and expanding business with existing clients.**Requirements and Skills**:
